Terms of Use

These terms cover the InkPocket app and this website. By using either, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use InkPocket.

What InkPocket is

InkPocket is an unofficial companion app for the Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game: a deck builder, card scanner and collection tracker. It's free, and it will never charge you for access to Lorcana content. You can't play the game in it, and it isn't a source of official rules — for those, see disneylorcana.com.

Beta software

InkPocket is in private beta. That means:

• features can change, break or disappear without warning;
• an update can change or reset what's saved on your phone;
• card information and prices come from public sources we don't control, and can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong;
• we decide who joins the beta, and access can end at any time.

Keep your own record of anything you can't afford to lose. Beta versions are for you to use, not to pass on to others.

Fair use

Please don't:

• use InkPocket for anything illegal, or in a way that harms someone else's rights;
• take the app apart or tamper with it, except where the law says you may;
• overload or abuse this website, or the public data sources the app depends on;
• sell InkPocket, or charge anyone for access to it or to the Lorcana content in it.

Your content

Your decks, your collection and your settings are yours. Your collection and your settings stay on your phone; when you save a deck, the list of cards in it is also recorded anonymously — the Privacy Policy explains what that means. When you share a deck, the deck travels inside the link, and anyone who has the link can open it. Sharing it is your decision and your responsibility.

Intellectual property

The InkPocket name, logo, app and website are ours. Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game and all related names, artwork, card text and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and are used here under Ravensburger's Community Code Policy, which expressly prohibits us from charging you to use or access that content. InkPocket is not published, endorsed or specifically approved by Disney or Ravensburger. If a rights holder wants something changed or removed, email us and we'll act on it.

No warranty, and the limits of our responsibility

InkPocket is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantees of any kind — including that it will work without interruption, or that the card details and prices it shows are correct. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using InkPocket, such as data you lose, a trade you miss, or a decision you make based on a price shown in the app.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do, and continuing to use InkPocket after that means you accept the new version. We may also suspend or discontinue InkPocket, in whole or in part, at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
